Posted by Charlie M. on 6/21/2005, 6:52 am My concern is that the one fish per person limit on Erie is to be eliminated May 1 - third Saturday in June which effectively eliminates our early season tournaments. I feel this would be a great loss to those of us who fish the tx's and I do not understand the justification for eliminating the one fish limit. I encourage you to read the information and comment to the DEC no later than June 30th. Here is the web link. I am posting the web address to DEC's proposed changes to NY's bass season. They are open to comment up until June 30th. I have skimmed the material but still need to read it thouroughly before I comment to them.
