I would like to congratulate the southern tier Jr six man team that fished at Oneida Lake this past weekend. I think it is important for all of you to think about what you accomplished as a team. As I drove home I had time to think about what a GREAT job that team did. Today I am still amazed at the weight you guys caught. For those of you didn't hear the state had five teams fishing. I'll just tell you the second place team had 42 pounds and southern tier won the tournament with 69.44 pounds. I think that weight may be hard to beat in the future years. I also need to thank the boaters that volunteered to take our kids out, thanks to Larry D, Ron H, and last Ted B who also was willing to share his hot spot. I need to thank Dominic D who donated the team shirts. You are all STATE CHAMPIONS.
