Posted by Bebi Vegeta Story for Db 1: Bebi Vegeta stepped out of the shop with his newly purchased red visor scouter. He placed the scouter on his head and hit the button. The screen fuzzed and then came up with a display of dragon balls and power levels in the area. Thankfully there was no one around with an extremely high power level. Vegeta hit the button on the scouter again and switched it to dragon ball display. The first dragon ball was shown at about 5 miles to his left. With a grin he lifted off the ground and speed of to the west. He crossed several islands and a lot of open water, and shot down a few stray birds for fun. Then he halted as he came over a small island with palm trees and a lake at the center. He spiraled down and landed on the island. The dragon ball was toward the center of the island. He took off at a run toward the lake. He blased trees and hills out of his way to save time and shortly he was at the edge of the lake. The scouter said the dragon ball was right in the area. Vegeta looked around until he noticed a twinkle burried between some rocks in the pond. He dove into the water and shoved the rocks aside. There was the one star dragon ball. He snatched and shoved it into a pocked, surfaced, and climbed out of the lake. He dried off and then hit the scouter button to find the next ball. It was farther west, about a days travel time. He set off with haste, planning on snatching the ball early tomorrow.
