MPT, sorry to hear about your piledrive. Had a few of those myself. Feels like a bolt of lightening shot through the body and you wonder if .....well you know!
It must of been heavy. Reading Ice's quotes from the CapePine's Wed am and your "we're gonna die" made me wonder what I would've done if I'd been there. Waited till it backed off a little? I doubt it-I'm sure the testosterone was pumping w/ all you guys there and good reason does not come easy.
Anyway, your stmt of hesitation made me remember Jeff Crawford's quote. That is one of my rules in the water, Do NOT hesitate. Seems as if when I do, it never works out.
Nonetheless, sounds like ya'll had fun and look forward to meeting/surfing w/ you guys! I think Hatteras is calling me soon!
