Sorry if you guys have had trouble posting to the board. I was trying to get the application to load up within the frames of the site. This was not allowing people to login set up user accounts, etc. Sorry, now that is opening outside of the frames you should be good to go. Just click on the east coast forecast tools or the banner at the top of the page to get back to the forecasting tools.
