Agreed, Philip. Ms Cole's album (currently no 1) got a 2 star review in yesterday's 'Scotsman' whereas Dame Shirley's 'The Performance' was given 4 stars. Apparently the new album by JLS is released on Nov 9th and they were also only given 2 stars. I think the problem with 'songs' like Ms Cole's is that they are played so often on the radio that people are brainwashed and start to think they are good!
