It sounds a bit like the way her voice sounded on "History Repeating" but that was 1997, a good few years later. However, towards the end 2.45 onwards....it's just not the way I've ever heard her use her voice at any time in her career. Also, notice on his description of their meeting..he calls her Sheryl Bassey!!!!
