Lovely thoughts about the times I was privileged to see Shirley Bassey make an entrance..
As for me it was also during the 70ties when she was touring Europe so frequently.
For me, having seen the lady perform throughout the world and its venues, her best entrance was always at the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, not only famous for its acoustiscs but also for its famous stairs.. That really makes a entrance..
