Absolutely no way would DSB agree to appear on his obnoxious show. He has previously asked her when they met briefly at an after awards party and she told him no in no uncertain terms.

: As much as i would love to see this i don't
: think Dame Shirley would go for it. We all
: know how many times she has said she likes
: to keep her private life private and has
: mainly stuck to this, which i for one am
: proud of her for doing so. How many
: celebrities like to get infront of the
: camera just to keep them in the news with
: details of their lastest beak-up or love
: affair ot what they had for breakfast. Dame
: shirley does not need to do this, she is at
: the top of her profession.
:
: I'm sure she wouldn't mind Piers asking
: about her music, concerts, artists she has
: performed with but she would not like him to
: ask any probing personal questions, as he
: always does. Maybe i could be wrong but i
: just don't think it is her.
:
: we are on the countdown!!! The weather
: forecast does not look good for the weekend
: though! Maybe we will see the famous DSB
: boots again! LOL Geoff

: Hello Adele.
:
: You may be right. I don't know if any board
: member remembers but there was an entry, (I
: am sure it was on here) about this time last
: year where there was a link to a clip on
: YouTube from some arts company reporting
: some exciting projects being planned for
: this year re Shirley. It was all very vague
: but when I watched it there was a picture of
: Dame Shirley being interviewd by Piers
: Morgan! I wish now I had saved this clip as
: after a day this was promptly removed from
: YouTube. On his latest series of interviews
: I was hoping she would be included but sadly
: not but it could be coming later! - hope so.
: Does anyone else ever remember seeing this
: here or anywhere else ... I am sure I
: wasn't dreaming this!

: Perhaps some time after the Jubilee Concert,
: Piers can conduct an interview with the
: Dame. THAT would be a show that many would
: tune in to watch.
