Hi Marco
I am the producer and compiler of this CD, we are still having huge battles with Capital Records in the US over the release of the previously unissued tracks, I don't actually know what the problem is. The tracks have been suberbly remastered (the Live album - which we won't be using - is phenominal) I will kepp you posted via the blog as to what happens. Cheers
