My first response, inappropriate though I know it may have been, was to laugh. My second, and very nearly concurrent, response was to wonder if perhaps your post concerning fellatio did not achieve the effect you desired.
My third response is to say that self-mutilation, even in conjunction with smoking, probably lies beyond the scope of this particular message board. I may be wrong, but I doubt that any of us have the professional credentials to respond appropriately to your message.
