I agree with SuzieQ 100%.
She probably doesn't smoke all that much and she's made an informed choice that it's worth the risk (which is probably not 3X as she's a light smoker). You all should respect that.
Otherwise where does it end? Do we hassle our relatives who drink more than one or two a day? Who have unhealthy diets? Who don't get enough exercise? Those are all behaviors that carry health risks too.
