I've recently started swimming again, and it has been a nice stress reliever (as well as helping me get back in shape).
Does anyone know how much exercising negates harmful smoking effects? I know it doesn't completely negate them, but I'm sure it has to make me less likely to get some long term effects. Has anyone done any research?
I've definitely cut back on smoking so I don't feel as obsessed with it right now. Now I feel like its just something I do and I tend to smoke now only when I really feel the need to.
