Absolutely!
Being a closet smoker is half the fun. Although in some ways I'd like to be a full-timer, out smoking with the guys at work, it's more fun (and, I must admit, probably a little less bad for me) that no one else knows I smoke. I get a thrill each time I light up. I'm sure it would dissipate if I smoked all the time.
I do have a major smoking fetish (though I play for the other team) and the secret is a huge part of the turn on.
