It takes about 3 days for nicotine by-products to be purged from your system, so option A is to quit 4 days before the test, then you can resume. Option B is to come out of the closet.
The problem with option A is that if you ever have to make a claim, and they find evidence of "fraud", the insurance company may deny coverage. You know what that means.
Your best bet is to find a bureaucratic reason to avoid the issue. If that's possible.
