Hey!
I think that this is going to be your perfect time to smoke again!
I'm a closet smoker and when I have those week-ends alone I always use them to smoke much more than what I'm used to and I have no regrets of doing so.
You aren't probably very addicted yet, but your brain already knows how good a cigarette can be. If you keep refusing to smoke it might become a torture to yourself. So always remember, smoking isn't about torturing yourself, it's supposed to be a pleasure, and the only way you can get that pleasure is by lighting up cigarettes.
Then comes the guilty part. But again, think with me: would you feel more guilty because you smoked a cigarette or because you had the opportunity to smoke but you didn't do it? From my experience in the same situation I always chosed the second option.
I wish you a nice smoking week-end!
