no, for me the concept of a closet smoker is that no one can know that you smoke (either they are friends, family or strangers). so a bar isn't exactly the best place for me to be a closet smoker.
i preffer to do it in my home (in the balcony, not really inside the house) when there is no one else there.
also in my house i can use my laptop to see my favourite smoking websites while i smoke in the closet. i wouldn't feel comfortable to surf that kind of websites in public.
so, for me the ban hasn't been a problem at all.
