Was in your same boat when I was your age. My advice, just tell your parents. You are right in that they probably already know, or suspect, you are smoking. Parents aren't stupid or blind. If your gf smokes and they know it, then they'll suspect it of you, as well...common sense. From my experience, it won't be difficult for you to tell them you smoke and they'll take it in stride. Keep in mind, they will not be happy about it and they may try to tell you stop, but at the end of the day, they'll understand and accept your habit. Don't let it drag out too long or it'll cause too much unneeded stress on your family. My 2 cents.
