Closet smokers tip and tricks

For the closet smokers out there: What methods do you use to conceal the smell. The tricks I use are purell for the hands and face, and tic taks for the breath. Any closet smokers advanterous enough to smoke in their car and conceal it? Happy New Year. Josh
