E cigs can contain varying levels of nicotine from very high to none at all. Nicotine is an addictive substance, so using an e cig with nicotine content will most likely cause you some level of dependency over time.
Nicotine addiction is a double edged sword: you'll get cravings that produce unfavorable physical reactions in some people. On the other hand, satisfying a nicotine craving feels sooo good!
