: me smoking (likely a nonsmoker)
One thing that I tend to do sometimes around people is kind of 'have fun' talking about smoking, laughing at it, and 'pretending' to like it. I guess that's just the way that I react sometimes to smoking because of my VERY conflicted thoughts surrounding it. So if someone actually offered me a cigarette, I could easily just laugh it off by facetiously saying something like 'AHHHHHH, that would be nice!'. Nobody would think anything, because that's just the way that I am (even though, deep down, I actually really mean what I just said). Sometimes this behavior can REALLY get on the nerves of serious smokers. But that's a whole other story.
As far as other people finding out who would never think of me as a smoker, this is a HUGE fear. When it comes to these folks, my brother hangs out with them as well. And he is one of the last people out there who I would want to see me smoking.
