Congratulations on your progress. Sounds like you're really enjoying yourself, finding new aspects of your personality. Keep up the good work.
You keep mentioning these worries about future health consequences. While it is a risk for you, so is virtually everything in life -- driving a car, flying in an airplane, breathing in carbon emissions for automobiles, etc.
Part of coming to terms with being a smoker is learning to accept the pleasure vs risk aspect. Every smoker must go through that at some point in their life.
And it is that pleasure vs risk that keeps so many people closeted about their smoking. Hence a board like this.
If the pleasure outweighs the risk, then keep doing it. If the risks outweigh the pleasures, then move on to something else. Maybe your therapist can help you work through these issues.
