I have a fetish for both watching smoking women and actually smoking. I don't think you need to worry about health aspects since you smoke only once in a while. Since you don't really enjoy smoking yourself, just indulge in watching others. I love both the sight of smoking and also snap inhaling deep into my lungs and blowing thick exhales and smoke rings. When I was in high school I was a jock and smoked in the closet like I do to this day. I smoke so infrequently I haven't been worried about health. Actually you sound ripe for the forced smoking fetish, where someone forces you to do it against your will. Alas, this would require your wifes participation which sounds like a no-go. So maybe just stick with watching others
