I hate to say it but in my opinion you should stop smoking. I'm not sure who is worse off the man who can't carry a child or to be with a women who can't smoke for 9 months because society says she can't.
Good Luck - If by some chance your baby did have some complications would you rather stop smoking for 9 months then have wonder a lifetime if you made the right choice.
