I take it from your IP you are referring to the Indiana smoking ban. Yes it is frustrating that the state would interfere with individual business practices, especially with amount they make by the EXCESSIVE taxation of tobacco. But to be fair most restaurants, especially fast food ones already had voluntary smoking bans for the last decade or more. Smokless and e ciggs are going to become more popular, me thinks.
