Posted by stars above texas music the big day has finally arrived.....after 2 and 1/2 years of dedicated work, we are proud to announce the long-awaited release of liza ybarra's debut cd entitled "anoche sone". 10 of the eleven songs were beautifully written and composed by liza and offer a wide variety of styles from rancheras & cumbias, to mariachi, baladas, and streching the boundries of latin to include norteno, rock en espanol, and most unusual r & b en espanol!! you are cordially invited to attend this special event in liza's career: cadillac bar to be celebrated at the historic cadillac bar in downtown san antonio located at 212 s. flores. performance will be held in the patio area; free appetizers will be available. the event will be held in conjunction with of the largest tejano festival in the world the "ttma fanfair" on march 10th from 6 to 8pm. liza will perform from 7 to 7:30 with an autograph session, and cd's will be for purchase on location. special guest will be tejano hall of famer gilbert of the bluenotes. be sure to catch liza later that night at the ttma fanfair hidalgo stage from 9 to 9:30pm liza's band will include sammy g on drums, mario on keyboards/accordian, george on bass, aaron on guitar, robbie on percussion, jesse on 2nd vocals. special guest dj's will be crazy alex and paul c. plus a possible few other surprises. for more information and directions please contact: to learn more about liza ybarra and her music please visit her websites at: Link: liza ybarra website
