Posted by stars above texas music i am doing some preliminary research to hold a i need help selecting: i have been offered full financial backing from a promotional company to hold this showcase to help promote what they feel is the future of the tejano industry, namely the up-and-coming artists. the philosophy of the promotional company is different from most because: 1) they are looking specifically for the hottest up-and-comers with a potential to break through and therefore can "draw" an audience. the event will be held within the next 4 months and i am exploring: since this program is still in the pre-liminary stages feel free to make recomendations that might help the event a success for la onda. feel free to contact me at: Link: stars above texas

hola friends and fans de la onda tejano,
"new artist tejano showcase",
and i need your help.....
1) up to 6 new bands
2) a venue in texas or other hot spot around the country which supports la onda tejano.
2) more importantly they are willing to pay the bands for their entertainment value and professional services.
1)which bands that would be willing to participate
2)which venues would be most likely to be successful.
the venue would have to be in an area throughout the u.s. where attendance would be great enough and fans would be willing to pay to see "stars of the future".
3)organizations or individuals that would like to help in the promotion, organization of the event such as finding advertising/corporate sponsors, print media coverage, radio and t.v. footage, sound and lighting, etc.
