I do not anticipate any compliance issues from The Order...it is our responsibility to lead by example. Kaminskis and Fargo, both excellent players, experience a significant decline in their ringer percentage after about 9 beers. This was proven at this past weekends training event.
However, it was also proven that this decline can be counteracted with a little toke. It will be interesting to see how many counteraction methods can be applied before the meltdowns begin to occur.
