Yes, it's true! I will be attending the open this year. I have a call out to my long time friend, Ca$h Buckly (aka Chris Hagans)for a repeat showing. However, if he will not be available for this years open, or already has a partner, then I will happily take someone else to the finals with me (if I can still stand up).
