The house and residents of the balboa can not commit to the 16th of April as was stated months ago due to prior arrangements. Only one resident of the house will be in town and is not likely to host such an event of complete strangers by himself. The house however is very alive and kicking and is available for possibly the last Balboa Open at the Balboa on any other date. OCH
