Posted by Jason All you have to do is hold down the BND (band) button on the radio top left hand side and then press the man button (in between the up and down tunning part on the right hand side) then it should prompt you to enter the code. And yes, there is a four digit code that you need to get from the dealer. I called the dealership in ABQ., NM and they just requested proof of purchase. I faxed it to them (guy named Jeremy in the service department) and he got back to me in just minutes. This fix really does work.
