discover brakes

I have a landrover discovery with squeaking brakes. A few months a go I changed all brake pads and two back rotars (at the dealer's recommendation) to fix the problem. it started to squeat two weeks later and two months later was squeaking as bad as before. i took it back to the dealer and they said they "oiled" the rotars? didn't solve the problem.
anyone knows why? or what will solve this?
