All the controls in the center console (ie. front and rear windows on both sides, the sunroof, and the side mirrors) are not working. We are going to try and replace the fuses but other than that, we have no idea what could've happened. Is there a window control unit on this model of rovers?all of the fuses are good and I have 12 volts at the Fues panal but at the blue conector/plug I only have 6 volts is that the correct voltage and would you say the switchs or panal need replaced the mirros work when shifted in to reverse 1999 4.0
