: When accelerating, between 20-35 mph, it
: feels
: as if the left front is about to fall out
: from underneath the vehicle. If I let up on
: the gas peddle the vibration stops but when
: I press on the gas again it starts vibrating
: again. After 35 mph it smooths out and no
: vibration at any other speed. It does not
: vibrate when slowing down though, very
: confusing. Thought it was a tire but having
: serious doubts.

: I belive that your problem is your front
: driveshaft. they have no fittings for adding
: fresh lube, the original gets cooked out
: because of the heat buildup by the exaust
: downpipe. you could attach a hammock to the
: front bumper mounts and to the reciever, and
: have your wife drive at the speeds that you
: mentioned and see if I am on the right track

Dead on!!!! Got the answer a different way, took it to the shop and they stated the u-joint had siezed. Is this an inherent problem in the front driveshaft? I am new LR DISC owner (about 3 weeks, of which I have only driven it about 3 days) and do not have much knowledge of them. I'm trying to gather as much data about my vehicle so if stuff like this happens I can start diagnosing my own problems. Thank you for the reply!
