Blown fuse

Whenever I put my automatic transmission in "Park", I could not put the gear selector to move to "Drive" or "Reverse". I checked the fuse under the steering column and there is this one 15-amp fuse that blows every time I put the gear in "Park" so now I am not putting it in park but only on "neutral". Any suggestions please?
