3 amigos

For a few weeks I had the ABS, brake, and TC lights come on at any time while driving my Discovery 2. When I restarted it would turn off until it decided to come back on. Now all 3 lights are on permanently along with my HDC light. Has anyone encountered this same problem? Is there someone in the Baltimore area who can fix this beside a dealer?
