I had a similar problem a few years back. I simply went to a local hardware store and found a few similarly-sized nylon "rollers". One of my friends had a small hand-held device that could fasten the roller into place (something like a hand-operated rivet gun). Worked like a charm! My cost? About 25 cents each per nylon roller!
