Discovery II Fog Light Harness

I'm looking for a wiring harness for my front fog lights on my 2001 Discovery II.

There is a pic of my current ones, you see the connector in the middle (connector where the bulb plugs into), it's gotten rusty and doesn't work so you see the connector cut off there, I'm just looking for another connector or the whole wire itself so I can get my lights working again.

If anyone has any solutions or has a pair of harnesses for sale please let me know, thanks.
