Tyre Pressures

Hi
I have a 54 TD4 Freelander, the drivers handbook gives 30psi for tyre pressures under all conditions, I note that the Haynes manual gives full load and towing rears to be 44psi.
I tow both a horse bax and a caravan.
What is the correct rear tyre pressure under those circumstances please.
