CD changer trouble

After our CD changer stopped working and the CD indication disappeared from the radio, we found a blown fuse associated with the overhead courtesy light. Replaced that but CD player did not start working. Eventually, we decided to check ALL fuses
as we were not sure which one CD player was on. After pulling out and putting all the fuses back in, a MIRACLE occurred. the CD player now works.
Reset something maybe???
