96 Disco - HELP Decipher Fault Codes

I have a 96 Disco I. I borrowed a MAC scan tool from a friend to read the fault codes. I ended up with 3 codes. 1st, P0125 (closed fuel loop? insufficient coolant temp.) 2nd, P1138 "Definition not Available" and then 3rd, P0300, Multiple/Random Cylinder misfire #3.
Now, I'm not worried about the Misfire code... I need to service the rig, but I don't know what the second code means, and I don't know if any of them are "Flukey" codes, triggered by something else that is really causing the problem. Any help or assitance is Appreciated.
