99 Disco II

Service engine soon light comes on, had 2 different Diag. 1 by LR and 1 by Firestone. Both say multiple misfire, firestone also read lean fuel. Changed plugs and wires, good for about a month. then it comes back. is this service engine light a real concern or just a GREMLIN??
