I gave a brazilian to a client the other day, the hair was a little too short, but I did it anyway. She had a lot of hair and it hurt a lot, she wouldn't stay still. When I finished she was red, but looked fine. She called a couple days later saying she was rashy and bruised. Can this happen if the hair is too short? How do you tell a client that uou won't wax them unless it's long enough?
