differin client

I have a client tomorrow which has been on Differin for a while. At her last appointment I just tweezed her brows as I was too scared to wax. I beleive she uses a topical cream just as a spot treatment now. I would really like to use the blue wax on her but I ap still apprehensive. She has full brows, so it takes me ages to tweeze. What should I do? I really don't want her skin to lift.
