help with brazilians

I have seen the videos, I even went through this in school. I try to do brazilian waxes but I cant seem to get the hair in the middle out. I even tried hard wax today on a client. It doesn't seem to grab all the hair. what could i be doing wrong? Any pointers?

Lori, any chance you will be in the NY NJ area anytime soon for classes?
