In this business I know there's going to be clients who think the world revolves around them and if they don't show up for their wax apt, it's no big deal. This sucks!
I have a client who didn't show up a second time and I told her I would have to charge her half the service booked. She complains she isn't aware of the policy, yet I have this posted at the desk. She rebooked anyways, but complained I raised the prices without her knowledge, which I haven't. I took over a friend's business and kept the prices the same. She sounded really pissed and mentioned how her, her mom, and her boyfriend didn't appreciate the price change without notice. The price for full leg was $28 and my friend increase it to $30 long before I took over. I guess $2 was a big difference...
Any advice on this sort of situation anyone?
