Stick too it. This piece of feces is trying to bully you into giving her special discounts and she is not worth it. The reason I post higher prices then I charge is because of people like her.
What you will soon find out is that these people are theives who are depriving you of a paycheck. If you can, toss her aside for someone who is not so difficult and compensates you for your time.

Here is another story, I had a very difficult cleint. She wanted to inspect as I waxed; she put her fingers in the wax and wanted to handle my $300 magnifying lamp.
She said: "sorry to be so difficult but I am paying for your time."
I thought she is right: she made a 45 leg wax take 2 hours! I charged her accordingly! she wanted to book again and refer her daughter but with all the frustration, last minute cancelations I just couldn't return her calls.
