I did a brow wax on a 13 yr old girl today. Very, very dense, bushy brows. I had done her before but for some reason she lifted today. I know it's bound to happen and the saying is if you haven't lifted anyone, you haven't waxed long enough. I know there are so many variables that affect whether a person lifts, from issues concerning the wax, the technique and various other issues on the client's end. The girl was freaking out because the mother said she was going to scab. I said that wasn't a sure thing because it didn't look that bad.....but anyway....
What is your standard response to this? Do you have a "canned" answer when they ask why?...or if they're freaking out?
