Thank you Lori {and Pati} for all the help you provide. I've called ya'll with some pretty oddball waxing problems over the past year and each ~and every~ time you have walked me through the issue and directed me to a solution.
I am drop dead serious when I say that my success as a waxer is directly related to your fabulous products AND your wonderful customer service.
