Help! I did a full face wax 2 days ago, she is an existing client so I have waxed her before without incident. Yesterday she called me to say her neck was very red and burnt. I used the blue wax & had tested the temp on my wrist which seemed ok. Anyway I just spoke to her today and she said she feels terrible and her neck itched all night and she had to take benadryl. She said that she had welts. I told her to come in to let me take a look at her skin. Why did it do this and what should I do? I asked if she had changed her meds but she says no.
